Situated in the grounds of the Valtice Chateau, the National Wine Centre concentrates, in close cooperation with the Wine Fund of the Czech Republic, on the presentation of Czech wines. As well as that, it organizes the competition Wine Salon of the Czech Republic, part of which includes a display of wines,combined with winetasting, in the chateau cellars.Open all year round, it provides an opportunity for visitors to choose some of the wine-tasting programmes and purchase wine. Besides this, the National Wine Centre publishes specialized literature and organizes training sessions and seminars.
