The Czech firm Bateria Slaný CZ, Ltd. was founded in 1997 by the company PALABA Inc. Bateria, however, boasts a far older history going back to 1919 when the firm Pála and Company originated, laying the foundations for the manufacturing of batteries in Bohemia. Present on both domestic and foreign markets, Bateria Slaný offers a full range of primary pocket baterries, marketed under the traditional Bateria trademark. The company`s rich assortment of small portable sources of electric current includes electric torches, consumer and industrial accumulators and a host of other supplementary goods. Disposing of its own production facilities, the company manufactures and mends accumulator systems for a variety of portable instruments. Apart from this Bateria acts as sole distributor of lead, hermetically closed accumulators of the HAZE brand in the Czech Republic. In the future Bateria Slaný intends to strengthen its position on the market of portable sources of electrical current and to continue to develop its
traditional values.
