Located in the centre of Pardubice, this restaurant impresses its visitors with its spacious interiors, pleasant Art Nouveau milieu and, naturally, wonderful selection of meals. Gourmet specialities (many of which are unavailable elsewhere) are supplemented with a wide choice of wines. The Masaryk Hall, the largest of the restaurant spaces, recalls the golden era of Czech gastronomy in the period of the First Czechoslovak Republic. Blending the Art Noveau style with the icy atmosphere of the 21st-century modern style, the Absolut Bar forms an interesting counterpart to the aforementioned hall. The two parts of the restaurant are interconnected by the Kiwi Café which resembles an exotic garden. The restaurant has entertained many Czech celebrities, including President Václav Klaus (there is also a lounge named after the president). Seating 200 people, the restaurant has an attentive professional staff prepared to meet any wish of its guests.
